Ministry of Health, Ministry of Finance and Privatization, Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training and the National Social Welfare Agencies Fund (CNOPS)

As part of the implementation of the recommendations of the Equity and Reconciliation Commission (IER), particularly those on the comprehensive settlement of the impacts of the past gross human rights violations, an agreement was signed by the Advisory Council on Human Rights (CCDH), Ministry of Health, Ministry of Finance and Privatization, Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training and the National Social Welfare Agencies Fund (CNOPS), to ensure basic medical cover for victims of gross human rights violations and their rightful claimants.
